“ Nepal”, A Nation Torn out all due to Incivility.

NEPAL, A developing country struck in the middle of two giant neighbors India and China. A rough history of Nation due to in-civil society that led Nation and Nationals to fall in the cycle of crisis and chaos resulting in more Corruption, Discrimination, Caste and Gender-based treatment, kinship, Sexual Harassment, Unemployment, Lesser opportunities. Even after the country shifted from the absolute Monarchy to the Federal Democratic Republic, the overall cycle of crisis and chaos remained the same though the government took various actions and measures to reform the society calling for equity and civility for all. The set of Incivility from the top level to the grass level has left the Nation to be in the list of poorest countries by GDP per capita which affect the overall development factors from an individual to the whole country facing Physical, Mental, Social, Infrastructural, Health, Education, Security, Employment, Environment problems.

People from middle/high social class migrates from Nepal to developed countries either on the topic of continuing further education or through American Dv lottery while people coming from poor background are forced to move out towards Gulf countries to work in the fields or in a company as labor despite their will because of lack of opportunities as opportunities are only available to people with strong ties with Noble families, Politicians, Government employees, Ministers.
Coming to this point the main factor behind unskilled and uneducated manpower of Nepal is the Education system in Nepal. Quality education is the key to quality life but in Nepal, the numbers of educational institutes and students may seem far better than in the past but the quality of education seems at a very shrinking level.

Due to incivility in the country, The businesses, factories, employment in the country is in the verge of going extinct resulting in many Nepalese men and women have migrated to the foreign nation for employment due to fewer opportunities, Corruption, and mainly due to the castewise system. Nepalese women are in very vulnerable conditions even though in their own country they have to face sexual, verbal and social harassment which goes unreported and the incidents are dismissed even before coming to the light. According to the report by Anti-Slavery International, many Nepalese have been treated with incivility by their employers and they're unable to raise the voice against such inhuman actions because they lack the knowledge about human rights. Even after being treated inhumanely by their employers, they are forced to work in a foreign Nation to support their families.Coming to this point the main factor behind unskilled and uneducated manpower of Nepal is the Education system in Nepal. Quality education is the key to quality life but in Nepal, the numbers of educational institutes and students may seem far better than in the past but the quality of education seems at a very shrinking level. According to the Journal of Poverty, Investment and Development in the topic of Social Inequality in Nepal and Right of Education by Shiba Bagale ( Kathmandu University ) and Shree Prasad Devkota (Tribhuwan University ) the education system in Nepal is categorized in Five different factions:

 I) Class-Wise

II) Region-Wise

III) Caste and Ethnicity Wise

IV) Gender

V) Religious Group

Above mentioned factions play a vital role in making the in-civil society more in-civil resulting in all the positive factors and opportunities through the positive force of civility to be taken out just as weeds are taken out from the garden. It is also the main reason why creativity, Productiveness, Politeness, Business, Collaborativeness, kindness, Respectfulness, leadership, emotional and financial bondings, Civil values, Acceptance, Promoting and protecting diverse society, Compassion, Proper communications and use of technology which are the factors led by civility have been undermined and wiped out by all in-civil factors such as corruptions, Hatred, Rudeness, Unacceptance, Misuse of technology, Crimes, Uncivil behavior, etc all those factors which have left the country to sell its human resources at a very cheap price comparing to other developing countries, All natural resources of the country have been exploited, misused and mismanaged resulting in the form of Air, water, land pollutions which are quite common and can be observed by ownself when visiting the Country.

Civility is a platform for everyone and everyone comes as a one not as an individual while in-civility is a platform that promotes and benefits only a certain group of people and all others are left out

Due to these in-civil practices throughout the nation, it creates a very suitable environment for instability and chaos which have been affecting the country and its people for a long time. To build the country we not only need leadership but also a piece of very basic knowledge about Civility. Civility is an action acted by an individual, a group or a Nation which calls for Respect, Collaboration, Promotion, Diversity, Equity, Harmony, Creativity, Productivity, Promotion, Protection, Care, Civil and Social Values for all parties which creates a comfortable environment where everyone is accepted and where diversity, race, color, and many more factors which divide, discriminates and categorize humans from the human isn't seen as an issue but is seen as an opportunity and all these differences or factors which divides human from human are sewn into one piece of cloth and all these differences are beautiful patches of the cloth. Civility is a platform for everyone and everyone comes as a one not as an individual while in-civility is a platform that promotes and benefits only a certain group of people and all others are left out.

As to make a change in the country, the change is only possible with the force of civility and it should be implemented by everyone as a part of their life rather than a rule/law to be followed.

Although the Nepalese Government has taken and is taking many decisions and implementing through its channel. It is not sufficient enough to make a change in the society and overall Nation. All the factors that hinders the economy and lifestyle of Nepal and its people can be traced to In-Civil actions and in-civil society and way of living.  A Nation is made by groups of society and a society is made by a group of people coming and living together. As to make a change in the country, the change is only possible with the force of civility and it should be implemented by everyone as a part of their life rather than a rule/law to be followed.

As stated by Diana Damron in her TedxTalks about, "The Force of Civility"  all 3c's which stand for Civility, Communication, and Character should be the very base of our society through which we can create a society where everyone can experience the satisfaction of being human beyond the dividing factors.

The force of Civility is so powerful that it will help us come together as one and work for dual merits and creates a win- win situation for everybody.

Coming to the international level we as a social animal every human being may be different in different ways but every single one has the right to be joyful and happy which can be achieved by civility in actions rather than in our book or in our mind we can even dissolve the status of Nationalities and dividing factors and become a one single race of human and walk together and take the world in a very different phase than what is today. The force of Civility is so powerful that it will help us come together as one and work for dual merits and creates a win- win situation for everybody.

Note:- This one is for Hong Kong Nepalese who have been acting as a Health specialist, Journalist, Policy maker, or self declared Intellectuals. I humbly urge you to not post or talk about COVID19 pandemic without reliable source in the reference as it leads our society to panic and some people might develop mental disease such as depression, anxiety. I understand you're passing out information to fellow nepalese but its better to share the link of the information rather than posting it without any references. Nepal needs helping hands not words filled with sympathy.

(This note is added afterwards just to let people know about,"ACTIONS SPEAKS LOUDER THAN WORDS" which is one of the step of civility)
